For the third consecutive year, 100AND10% was commissioned to deliver total project and event management for Rugby Expo 2012. Owned by Rugby Ventures Ltd, Rugby Expo is the largest business-to-business event for the sport, combining over 50 industry-leading expert speakers and 35 exhibitors across two days of debate, discussion and networking.

Following the success of last year's Rugby Expo Dinner & Awards, this was repeated for the 2012 event, with the ceremony held on the evening of day one of the show.

The roles and responsibilities of 100AND10% included:

• Overall project management of Rugby Expo 2012
• Design and overseeing of event budget and finance management, including providing commercial support
• Operations management including event logistics and at-event support
• Design and implementation of marketing and communications strategy, including website and digital marketing campaign
• Creative support including signage and branding
• Communications support including press releases and website copy
• Management of Rugby Expo 2012 Dinner & Awards

Rugby Expo returned to Twickenham Stadium on 14 - 15 November 2012, as a two day event focusing on the key areas affecting both professional and grass roots rugby.

With over 800 registered delegates, Rugby Expo 2012 showed both a step change in the quality of content, presentation and guests' experience and significant growth on its predecessors, with a sold out exhibition floor confirmed months ahead of the event.

The line-up of A-list speakers included RFU chairman Bill Beaumont and CEO Ian Ritchie, Aviva Premiership CEO Mark McCafferty, legendary sports entrepreneur Barry Hearn and George O'Grady, CEO of golf's European PGA Tour, as delegates from many of the industry's key stakeholders attended for what was two very busy and successful days at Twickenham.

In a slight change from 2011, the Rugby Expo 2012 Dinner & Awards took place in a new location within the stadium, giving attendees the chance to peruse the exhibition floor during the pre-dinner drinks reception. The dinner was attended by over 200 guests for an evening of celebration of some of the sport's biggest successes across both the professional and grass roots game.
