Building on the success of Rugby Expo 2010, 100AND10% was again commissioned to deliver total project and event management for Rugby Expo 2011.

Owned by Rugby Ventures Ltd, Rugby Expo is the biggest international business-to-business rugby convention of its kind, combining an exhibition and conference programme across two days and took place at the home of English rugby, Twickenham Stadium.

The roles and responsibilities of 100AND10% included:

• Overall project management of Rugby Expo 2011
• To design and oversee event budget and finance management
• Operations management including event logistics
• Design and implementation of marketing and communications strategy, including website and digital marketing campaign
• Management of Rugby Expo 2011 Awards Dinner
   

With more than 1000 pre-event registrations, an exhibition floor and second day which sold out, Rugby Expo 2011 was declared a success following a busy two days over 23 and 24 November.

Combining an unrivalled conference programme, master class workshops and live exhibition, Rugby Expo produced the ideal environment for learning the latest developments in the game, networking and creating new business opportunities from the world of rugby.

The event attracted record numbers with significant representation from the IRB, RFU, SRU, IRFU, WRU, ERC, Premiership Rugby, RFL and Super League, meaning more than 50 professional rugby clubs, 18 rugby playing nations and in excess of 200 grass roots clubs all in attendance at Twickenham.
